Expert Mercedes specialty shop that delivers better than dealership quality work. I searched for shops with Mercedes Xentry official factory-level diagnostic and programming software and there are only a couple independant shops that have it. Xentry is crucial to professional MB repairs and service as is the Master Tech level of training and expertise that Tom, Vik and the other professionals possess. I had a lot of work done here on my car and it was all MB Genuine parts and skill and a fantastic price, beyond fair. Nice guys, honest, trustworthy and fair. Three thumbs up!

  I purchased a 2016 E550 Cabriolet with 45,000 miles. The El Cajon dealer assured me the car was outstanding, but didn't have maintenance records. The car appeared to be like-new and drove perfectly. I didn't want to have Fletcher Jones maintain the car and I wanted one service provider to be the sole provider to do all future service and maintenance. After researching Independent Factory Trained Mercedes Benz companies, I found Pacific Coast Benz to completely go through the car and provide all service and any other maintenance required.   Tom and Victor did a great job for my 2020 Mercedes GLE 350. My car is now running great. And they are honest, experienced and easy to work with.

At the Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, I was quoted over $13k for the repairs (outrageous prices) and they did the job for $3100. I would recommend them if you're tired of price gouging from your dealership service center.

I didn't end up getting my car serviced here, but over the phone he came across as an honest, straightforward guy -- someone I'd definitely trust with my car. Pricing was a little higher than a few other shops I checked, but the professionalism and integrity really stood out.

  I just finished taking my car to get serviced for the first time at Pacific Coast Benz. I was tired of the dealership trying to upsell me all the time with things I didn't even need. Not to mention the extremely high prices the dealerships charge was really getting outrageous!

Everything that I had read about the owner Tom being a great guy and a straight shooter was100% correct. I will definitely be back next year!

  This is a great MB shop. I brought my C250/W204 here for some work. Very good communication and easy to work with. I worked mostly with Tom, but also talked to Viktor. They are upfront about what your car needs and doesn't need. And they use all genuine MB parts, including the engine oil. I look forward to coming back for my next service.

  I was referred to Pacific Coast Benz (PCB) by an acquaintance so I thought I would give them a shot. My MBS motorhome needed a new differential cover because it got bent on the bottom after someone tried lifting it with a floor jack. The local dealer was the one who spotted it during an oil change, but their quote to fix it was ridiculously high so I opted not to do the repair last year. It wasn't really leaking that I could see, but there were signs of seepage.
After meeting Tom and Victor I had full confidence they could replace my cover. Parts were ordered, I arranged a time to drop it off and Victor got right on it. Tom and Victor are brothers, both very easy to talk to and you could just tell they were honest guys.
Got a call not too long after I dropped it off and the repair had been done.
I have nothing but good to say about these guys. Great work at reasonable prices. I'm glad I found them.

  I've been taking my GL550 here for years now. Tom is who I mostly deal with. He's awesome! I trust them and their work. Great prices as well. It's like taking your vehicle to the dealership for the same work but at a fraction of the cost.
