I have my car, a 1998 Benz SL500 and was referred to Pacific Coast Benz, by Mr. Phil Sanchez. of AutoBahn Auto Body, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA. for some major mechanical problems. My car was fixed after a day and I am very thankful to Phil and the Mechanical Staff of Pacific Coast Benz for doing a very excellent mechanical job on my car. The price was very much acceptable. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Benz in Costa Mesa, California for a job well done. Thank you and I salute you for an excellent job.

They are so honest and helpful! I have an AMG that I love and these guys are the best! And so HONEST. It makes driving my car that much more fun.

I know stuff happens with a high performance car an these guys can tell what is happening and head off huge expenses with simple repairs! When the big stuff comes up they let me know and give me great deals to get it done!

My daughter is going to buy a Mercedes just so we can keep these guys as our mechanics... And she is loving the AMG .

Mercedes is an awesome car but really expensive to maintain and these guys KNOW how to maintain them and repair as needed! You will not regret working with theses guys!

If you're a Benz owner, you know how expensive maintenance can get when the warranty expires. I used to have my CLS serviced at Fletcher Jones of Newport till I found these guys - Vic & Tom. They are all about great customer service and quality work for a reasonable price. What you would pay for parts alone at Fletcher, you can get the entire service at Pacific Coast Benz. For example, I had an instance where Fletcher wanted to charge me $1,400 for parts alone plus labor which would have been an additional $300-400. PCB charged me $1,350 for everything out the door. They are MB certified and use all authentic MB parts. I'm extremely happy and lucky to have found these guys. Check em' out!

I have taken my Mercedes here for over three years now (first C230 and now E550). In fact, before I sold the C230, they did a bunch of work so I could maximize my sale. Tom and Victor are super knowledgeable and simply the best. They are quick, affordable, and do the job right. They will get you a diagnosis, tell you how much you owe, and get to work right away. On top of all that, they are just good, nice people. I would never take my Mercedes anywhere else!!!

Like others, I am loathe to review them because they're that good. Normally in the sacred criteria of 1) fast, 2) cheap, and 3) good, you can pick two out of the three.

Here, Pacific Coast is almost all three. They're fast and good, and while not cheap, they are relatively affordable. My airmatic went out on my Benz, and they replaced a part and had me up and running the same day. They were friendly, explained exactly what the problem was, made their recommendation (refurbished Arnott pump), and implemented as discussed. A++!

Very friendly staff, they tell you how it is. I believe the first visit was for an oil change, they recommended it was not quite due for one....who does that? Earned my trust immediately.

Pacific Coast Benz staff is very knowledgeable and skilled with Mercedes vehicles. I bought my car to them for a problem that others shops could not figure out. Tom and his staff at Pacific Coast were able to identify the problem quickly and offered a reasonable cost to fix it. Moreover, they are honest and very professional. They let me know me if there other issues with the vehicle but do not push work or extra costs on me. I highly recommend them.
