I literally stumbled upon Tom and the guys by digging thru Yelp and I’m SO glad I did! I just needed a basic oil change on my CLS 550 but these guys are total pros and couldn’t be any nicer or more honest. I sent an e-mail requesting a service time and estimate and Tom returned my e-mail within 10 minutes with a time and a price. Who does that???! They had me in and out quick, the price was exactly what Tom said it would be, and he also gave me a quick run down on future standard maintenance for my car as I’m a first-time MB owner. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Benz. I know I won’t be going anywhere else, ESPECIALLY to a dealer! Thanks guys!
